With over 10 years of experience in the wind energy industry, I began my career as a technician in a top team specializing in the installation of Vestas turbines, where I gained solid technical foundations and hands-on experience at every stage of assembly. Over time, I advanced to a role in which I independently led installation teams. The next stage of my development involved leading a team responsible for component replacement in Nordex turbines. After two years in this area, I made a deliberate decision to return to installation - a field that offers me the greatest challenges and the most professional satisfaction. Currently, as Site Manager, I support the Compass team. I joined the company because I believe in its concept and vision for growth, and ultimately it was the people making up the team who convinced me.

Working in the wind energy sector since April 2020, I began my career in the installation team on Vestas projects and over time gained experience in all aspects of the work - both on wind turbine construction sites and in their maintenance. I moved through every team, quickly becoming a leader, and since February 2025 I have held the position of Site Manager. I value a good team atmosphere and always strive to foster it. I enjoy new challenges and aren't afraid to take the plunge. It was precisely this drive to build a new standard of quality in the industry that led me to join the Compass team.
