Our Story
From passion to partnership
Compass Core Solutions was founded with a clear purpose: to support the global energy transition by delivering reliable, high-quality services to the wind industry.
With over twenty years of experience in heavy lifting operations and the supply of highly skilled manpower to the energy sector, we saw the opportunity to build something of our own. In August 2024, that vision became reality with the founding of Compass Wind Solutions B.V.
As demand for experienced and dependable partners grew, we evolved. In April 2026, a merger with Core Team Solutions brought together a team of seasoned wind industry specialists, expanding our capabilities in finance, compliance, supervision, operational management, and project execution. This evolution is reflected in our new name - Compass Core Solutions.
Today, we operate as a comprehensive service provider supporting wind projects across their full lifecycle. Guided by clear direction (Compass) and driven by strong values (Core), we deliver safe, efficient, and reliable solutions that help move renewable energy forward.
